> Some issues with booting folks buying items from previously unavailable slots in supply depots

BASIC GAMEPLAY UPDATES
Increase to Roster Cap
New Player Levels
More permanent collections offering relevant characters (incl. Gen 2 legendaries and S-Class)
More frequent Log-in Event
Three additional Legacy Ascendables will be released by the end of October
Updates to Survival Road; Updates to Faction Assault
WEEKLY PROGRESS
> Greater roster space
> Another free login event related to arenas
> New legacy Hershel with mediocre stats (only affects 1 teammate, 1 enemy)
> New legacy Hershel was released at the same time as an offer to purchase him at about $5. Sigh….first time that Scopely has done this, making players (esp f2p) question the incentive of holding onto toons
> As predicted, Sclass Priya was released; players needed to pull for a chance at collectibles to get 2 6* Priyas to exchange for an S Class 😐 really Scopely?

COMMUNICATION
Launching a new blog with a regular cadence of content;
Player Council to update and discuss our promises outlined, and to strengthen communication lines between players and the development team
Greater communication from our community managers in our forums and other community channels
WEEKLY PROGRESS
> so, apparently there is a blog, but since we didn't know about it, can we say poorly communicated
> (no Player Council Info..its crickets)
EDIT: and then LadyGeek posted an informative thread with info, which will be looked at more closely for next week😊
> Communication from Scopely and CMs keeps getting worse as questions and tags are ignored on forums
> the "Scopely Promises" post was unpinned on forums, implying to players that it wasn't a priority
> Arenas was released with a major lack of information regarding scoring, match ups etc

TECHNICAL STABILITY
Making the gameplay experience as smooth as possible. Scopely acknowledges that recently they have experienced a lot of technical bugs. they are committed to making this a top priority and will aim to deliver the high quality experience their players deserve.
WEEKLY PROGRESS
> The updates were released early because Scopely had technical difficulties prior to last week's CRW...which was again postponed 7 hours
> Many issues with the new event of Arenas, which are being noted, including set defences not being used, players being locked out and now also loosing all progress and rewards.
> continued issues and disruptions that are not compensated fairly or appropriately
> newest update today has left many players unable to even access Arenas

NEW GAMEPLAY / GAME EXPERIENCE
Creating and adding new features to Road to Survival which enhance the game
Create new experiences for players
WEEKLY PROGRESS
> Arenas has been released, with many criticisms and suggestions from players; so much is unclear
> still feels p2w

OVERALL
> Folks have enjoyed some of the updates to wheels and crates and had fun pulling hoarded tokens
> Unpinning the "Promises" post and not addressing related questions tells the player community that its not important to Scopely
> S Class Priya 😐 Felt like a total slap in the face and undid any good spirit won with the new updates
> Arenas and the release of Priya pushed even more players to quit the game
> And the gap between players widens
